Patient Review 1:
When I read other reviews I feel bad that I had to go to other dentist since I moved. I do know she is the greatest and makes you feel at ease in doing treatments. I am also scared of going to dentist - she was the best. I am rethinking my options now and I am planning to go back to her (even if it's a big commute for me) - hey! in the end - I want someone to take care me and my dental health. The new dentist - Chandler dental care - they are fancy with all sophistication - the Dr. is not ready to spend time to talk to you about the procedures etc. The assistant not all of them are friendly. I really really feel bad for making that choice. If you are reading this please do go to Jay and not the Chandler dental care.
About Hygienist: She does it so very well - I am normally sensitive to pain - otherwise she is careful in evaluating you and treat accordingly. I love this place.

I first saw Dr Jay last week. I had not been to a dentist in 6 years! I'm that person who has had every bad dentist experience imaginable, so its not my favorite thing to do. I could tell I had a cavity and after two of my friends told me how great Dr. Jay is; I decided to be brave and go. I had 3 cavities. I just got them filled today. I called my Mommy on the way over because I was so nervous (I'm in my late 30's). After getting my fillings all I can say is BEST DENTIST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! She is outstanding! Her staff is also wonderful. They really do make you feel like family. Its so comforting there.When I read the description on this site of their office I couldn't help thinking, yes, its all true and so nice to read a description like that and not think blah, blah, blah. Read it again, it really perfectly describes the whole experience with Dr. Jay and her staff. I even made a 6-month cleaning appointment, something I haven't done in 20 years! I'm SO happy to have found the perfect dentist for me. I will recommend her to everyone. Give her a try, then you can be happy too!

Myself and my wife had neglected dental care for more than 30 years. Last year we visited Dr. Jay first time. I needed some serious cleaning and 'repair' for my broken tooth. For our first ever visit to a dentist, Dr. Jay and her staff were very professional, friendly and comforting. After going one-step-at-a-time procedures required for cleaning my teeth, I can see a remarkable difference. Dr.Jay recommended me to an expert for root canal on my broken tooth and then she successfully completed the procedure with a comfortable crown. All procedures were painless for us and we are very happy with the results. She is very gentle and knowledgeable. We strongly recommend Dr. Jay.

She is very knowledgeable, takes the time to completely review all the patient options, is very good with children and people who are scared to visit the doctor's offices, is very patient, uses the latest equipment and makes it very easy to set up appointments. I had a persistent problem with an infection and bubble above my front tooth. An apicoectomy (about 10yrs ago) had calmed the problem for a few years but it recurred. Various specialists had little to offer except extraction. I became particularly alarmed when the tooth started noticeably moving. My family dentist's recommendation was orthodontia!I stopped in at Dr. Jay's office and the difference was night and day. She took a strong interest, worked hard, and recommended an excellent endodontist (Dr. Grabow). He performed apicos and root canals on both my front teeth and Dr. Jay did excellent work on the crowns. I'm extremely happy with the results.My family has switched to this office. Leah and Tammy provide great support. I can't recommend them strongly enough.

Dr.Jay is the dentist for all 4 of us in our family. She is extremely knowledgeable in the procedures she does. The entire staff in her office is courteous. They always take that extra step to give the excellent patient care. My daughter always looks forward to visiting Dr.Jay. I am getting my regular dental check up, fillings and am extremely satisfied with the service I get. The reconstruction of one of my front teeth she did was simply superb. I strongly recommend Dr.Jay to be your family dentist.

Wow, what a dentist and dentisty staff! They make you feel like you are their only patient by assisting with insurance, working with your schedule, and giving you plenty of time to ask questions about dental procedures. It's like friends went off and started a dental clinic on your behalf.And like the hygienists said about the dentist, "She has small hands; you want that in a dentist."

I do not relish the prospect of a doctor's office visit - let alone a dentist's office and would not go, if possible. But Dr. Jay's staff only convinced me to set up an appointment with Jay. What a pleasant surprise! I felt as if I was a VIP the moment I stepped into Dr. Jay's office. The staff are friendly, courteous, professional and funny. There are some excellent magazines to read and the wait was very minimal. Dr. Jay is beyond description. She is the most gentle doctor I have ever been to. She is extremely knowledgeable and very courteous and has a deft touch. She is the most hygiene conscious dentist and doctor I have ever seen. She uses digital X-rays and film that not too many dentists use. This is the best dentist in town. My whole family goes to her and I have recommended her to all my friends who are also all going to Dr. Jay with their families.

Dr. Jay is extremely professional and concerned with the patient's comfort. She is also knowledgeable and friendly. Her practice uses digital film for x-rays, which is much more sophisticated and less painful than the standard film. I am 100% satisfied.

My whole family is treated by Dr Jay. She and her assistants (hygienists and front desk) are fantastic. She's dealt with our complicated teeth problems with tremendous competence and patience, and she has the gentlest touch. She's extremely thorough, patient and caring. And the pain is minimal! I have great faith in what she recommends and have never had reason to question her judgement. She's without doubt the best dentist I've had.

I was somewhat nervous getting a new dentist since I just moved to this area, but the friendly and informative staff put my mind at ease. Dr. Jay was very professional and an easy person to have a conversation with about anything that came to mind. The technology that she uses is also what impressed. My previous dentists did not have digital x-rays or take digital pictures of your teeth that show you exactly what problems you have. Dr. Jay takes pride in her work and it shows as well as the rest of her staff which go the extra distance to help you out by providing the information you need to know.

I visited a dentist after a very long time. I found the staff and the doctor to be very courteous, professional and efficient. Everything that needed to be done was explained to me. There were no billing isues, they contacted my insurance company and handled everything without any intervention from me. The experience was stress free and I did not feel any undue pain during the teeth cleaning process or when fillings were being put in. The doctor made sure I scheduled a follow-up visit at the appropriate time. The front desk staff made sure they contacted me to offer an earlier appointment when something opened up which I appreciated very much. I would recommend Dr. Jay without hesitation to any of my friends.

I was very nervous coming into this office at first as I have had some not so great experiences in the past. But the small yet efficient staff helped put me at ease with their friendly attitudes and willingness to do whatever they could to make me comfortable. The gave me a pillow and some headphones to listen to and even had teddy bears for the children to hold on to. The work was done before I knew it and I now realize that there is nothing to be afraid of if you are in the hands of the right dental staff. I will be sending my entire family here from now on.

Dr. Jay is the best dentist I have ever been to - I didnt even realize that she had done my fillings - there was absolutely no pain. She has a wonderful chair-side manner designed to put the patient at complete ease and is very assured and confident. The front desk is also extremely capable and efficient and courteous. They are very good about scheduling and reminding about appointments.
