Patient Review 1:
Good with patients,took me on an emegrency basis and took care of pain, suggested treatment plan and options. Dr Phillip did excellent work that has lasted almost 3 years now.On the down side his billing manager was awefull, unable to provide me with a detailed list of medical allowables and in my opinion his actual VS his estimated treatment amount was off by 35%.
