I came to Dr Trowbridge embarrassed with a few cracked teeth, missing teeth in the back, and overall lack of care. My experience with dentists in my lifetime have not been the best, so my anxiety level was very high, but I wanted my smile back, so now was the time.

After meeting Dr Trowbridge and her staff, I trusted them instantly, however still had some anxiety about the pain of treatment, shots, etc. Dr Trowbridge (and some helpful medication with each visit) have helped me to actually look forward to my dental visits. (I can't believe I just wrote that!)

THANK YOU FOR HELPING WITH A LESSON LEARNED! After becoming a patient of Artistic Design Family Dentistry in early 2005 I switched to a dentist that was in my network on my insurance because I thought it would save me some money. That was a big mistake. After spending 2.5 years with that dentist getting regular supposedly regular cleanings and fixing several cavities, I came back to Artistic Design Family Dentistry to find out my teeth and gums were in worse shape than during my initial appointment with them in 2005. I knew something was wrong because my gums were still bleeding and a part of one of the new fillings broke. The doctor showed me digital pictures of my only a year old fillings, I was shocked to see how old and worn they looked. Thankfully the doctor was able to fix my gums and cavities. I ended up needing a root canal and a crown, but at least they were able to save my tooth. Anyways, this experience taught me not to allow my dental insurance company to tell me where I need to go for care. I just wanted to share my experience because I had to I learn it the hard and more expensive way by having to pay twice to fix the same tooth. I am hoping that my experience might help others in making the right decision

Dr. Trowbridge has taken care of my family now for a little over 3 years. Her and Kim are fantastic will all of us. We have seen my 15 yr old and my husband go through Invisalign and my youngest one now reach the age of 5 to go in for her first "get to know" the dentist appointment. There are many dentists to choose from in this area and I can't recommend Dr. Trowbridge high enough to anyone looking for a dentist. I was referred to Dr. Trowbridge by a co-worker. I had an 8 yearl old dental implant that failed and needed to be re-done. I should have taken the advice when I had the dental implant placed initially "the cheapest is not always the best". I went to a much less expensive dentist to have the post placed and implant done and ended up having to have a new post placed and then have the implant restored by Dr. Trowbridge. Let me tell you how gentle, kind and professional she and Kim are. I am so glad I was made aware of Artistic Design Family Dentistry. I will now be switching to her and my family to have my regular check-ups and cleanings done there as well. The 45 minute drive is well worth it knowing that you are in good hands.

Highly, highly recommend!!! I found Dr Trowbridge on a Saturday as I needed some immediate help after having minor medical surgery which resulted in a broken front tooth during anesthesia. They arranged to see me as soon as I called. Since then their office hours, care and service have been fantastic as we then decided to fix everything, crowns, partials, and now implants. Along with the great dental work they've also been a huge success in battling the insurance companies which saved me considerable amounts of money. I initially saw Dr. Trowbridge for an emergency about a year ago for a bad toothache. Her and Kim took great care of me and even used a camera to show me what was going on with my tooth. Well let me expand on the questions Dr. Oogle asks you to rate the dental practice on. 1. Overall recommendation- I would recommend this dentist to everyone I know. My kids ages 5, 11, and 14 as well as my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Trowbridge for over 4 years now. 2. Cost- we don't have dental insurance so the prices are very fair especially for the attention, care and customer service that are given. 3. Facilities- this office is state of the art with comfortable dental chairs, digital x-rays, cavity detector, smile simulation, handheld games for kids and Direct TV in each room. 4. Customer Service- the best I have encountered for any industry. They have always been on time with my appointments and they always take the time to make sure that as a parent and a patient you understand "why" you need they recommend. 5. Pain, Stress & Anxiety- virtually pain free, I have never had a dentist be able to numb me with 1 shot. The TV's are a great distraction for the anyone because they can park them directly overhead while you are laying back so you can actually see the TV throughout your entire appointment. 6. Treatment success- every 6 months we are in for our cleanings and proud to report no cavaties. MUST SEE!!

If you are at all afraid of the dentist like I am, this is the only place for you. I had even tried the dream dental (sedation) dentistry before going to see Dr. Trowbridge, but just didn't feel comfortable with the staff, doctor or the way they treated me as a patient. "Personable & professional" doesn't say enough... When you walk in, you're called by name and everything is done with a smile. Both she and her hygenist are the best! Not only do they go to great lengths to mitigate or eliminate any pain or discomfort, and do absolutely top-notch work... But they both go above and beyond to make sure you completely understand what they're going to do, and WHY you need it. I started seeing to good Dr. thanks to my wife. Dr Trowbridge is amazing, I wouldn't see anyone else, especially after years of Army non-active dental care. I have some severe oral issues and am having to have major oral surgery, Dr T took the time to make sure my regular Dr knew what was going on so that my MEDICAL insurance would cover the procedure. Her office is a bit far for me and my wife but that she makes sure we are scheduled together makes life soo much easier. She really is the best and makes sure that she goes the extra mile. She referred me to my orthodontist and even checked up on the oral surgeon since she hadn't worked with him before. Most people when they think of going to the dentist, get a bad taste in their mouth, no pun intended! But for me, I love it there! Not only do I drive from Chandler, but the worst part about going to this beautiful, friendly office is when you are getting work done on your teeth you can't talk! It's the worst! Kim and Dr T are sooo funny, and I can't even comment! To be honest it's kind of painful!

Honestly, I've had to have a lot of dental work done. The 1st dentist in Phx did a horrible job, so bad I had to have it re-done the 2nd in Scottsdale didn't do much better, but finely I was referred to Dr T by Mr T! What a small world! Can't thank him enough!!! If only I met him 5 years before, I could've saved time and money!

Pay attention to these comments, not the ratings...because I wanted to rate 4 stars on everything, but this goofy survey has built in logic stating that health spas are not typically cheap, when it specifically states...'like a health spa' which this dentist office is like. So Tatiyana and Kim, you get 4 stars all around, and my cleanings only cost me $20...so in my world, that's extremely cheap.

This practice exceeds all expectations: location, wait time, cost, professionalism, technology, timeliness, cleanliness, treatment, billing, convenience...I could go on and on forever. I have, and will continue to recommend her as the ONLY source for dental needs.

It's true....portions of what you see on re-runs of The Andy Griffith Show actually exists in a little part of Scottsdale where Dr. Andreeva-Trowbridge has established her dental practice. For example, in the re-runs you see doctors/dentists in Mayberry who actually come to a patient's home and actually treats the patient as family. Dr. Trowbridge has taken this small-town doctor/dentist approach and has applied it in all aspects to her dental practice. While Dr. Trowbridge, I'm certain, would love to treat every patient in the comforts of his own home, this would require a commercial flatbed truck to haul the latest in digital dental x-ray technology, a massage chair, in-care movie system, sterilization equipment, and the latest tools in dental treatment.....furthermore, I don't think Kim, the hygienist, has her commercial truck driver's license. Eventhough you're not being treated at home, you'll feel at home and part of the family when being treated be the finest dentist that has ever graced my teeth. Upon arrival you'll first notice that the waiting room is not stacked-high with patients. Dr. Trowbridge will give you individual care and she will thoroughly explain areas needing treatment and your options.

About Hygienist: I'm certain you saw this coming. Kim has a little bit of Barney Fife in her. Let me clarify....she only has the qualities of Barney Fife you'd want in a dental hygienist (personable, professional, thorough......she is NOT clumsy and her pants are not up high). Kim has always made every appointment one that gets the job done, and done well, while also making me feel comfortable and having a few good laughs in the process. Lets just say I've never utilized the in-care video/music system becauase I'd rather talk and make hand signals to Kim and Dr. Trowbridge. When I leave the practice of Dr. Trowbridge, I leave the office with a feeling of "when do I get to come back." Kim and Dr. Trowbridge have mastered the art of impeccable patient care and created a little Mayberry in Scottsdale (that small town doctor approach). I'm goin' fishing.

I found Dr. Trowbridge through an emergency with my crown. Not only was she open on Saturday, but this site gave her rave reviews so I thought I should try it. I couldn't have landed a better dentist! I feel like I found the diamond on a whole beach of sand! They immediately make you feel like you're with old friends and give you personal attention. How rare is that these days? Also, you can really tell they love what they do and it shows 100%. I would recommend them to anyone.

About Hygienist: Kim is awesome, so personable, cheery, funny, etc. Between her and Dr. Trowbridge, I always leave feeling like I've visited great friends. They do a terrific job at reasonable prices in a beautiful atmosphere.

Dr. Trowbridge is one of the bravest dentist I know. I have a horrible needle phobia, and many dentist refuse to work on my teeth without a shot. She was brave enough to work on my veneers without a single shot. But when I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled, I went to her first to get the shot just to pre-numb me so that I could then go and see a surgeon. Her shots are painless, she hits the bullseye right of way and you don't' have to sit in that chair numbing for 20 minutes. She give you the shot, your numb almost instantly and she does her job so gently that I never ever had a broken lip after visits with her. Highly recommend Dr. Trowbridge as your family denstist. She is also incredible with our 2 children. They love seeing her.

About Hygienist: Kim, is incredible. Again, just like with the Dr. Trowbridge, our kids love their cleaning appointments. We see them as a family and love the attention and the service they provide. Kim is very kid friendly, she is sweet and gets her job done fast and thorough. Because of their services our children age 11 and 6 don't have any cavities yet. Preventative maintenance works when you love your Dentist and Hygienist. Highly Recommend.

"Outstanding in every respect" is what I say and I am not that easy to please when is comes to cosmetic dentistry. I now have my entire family seeing Dr Trowbridge. She has fixed everything from the broken front tooth of my rowdy 8 year old boy to my own complicated dental issues. I was thrilled with the results of my invisalign braces and even more impressed with her handling of my front teeth which required a mixture of crowns and veneers. Dr Trowbridge spelled out my options from the least amount of work to one with a little broader (but still conservative) scope of work. There was never any pressure to do one thing over another only a desire on her part to make sure I understood my options clearly. Dr Trowbridge and Kim manage to create a cheerful and peaceful climate which helps when one is concerned about pain and about loosing one's smile. They are a wonderful team. My teeth turned out beautiful and, even more importantly, they look natural.

About Hygienist: Kim did a great job cleaning and whitening my teeth. She is very good about telling you what is going on which helps to calm my nerves. She is very attentive to signs of patient discomfort and yet makes sure she provides a thorough cleaning. She is a delight.

Late Dec of 2007, I decided to stop seeing the dentist at American Family Dentistry due to unprofessionalism. They were about to charge me a rate that I knew in my gut was unacceptable. I knew then that I would have to find another dentist. I went on the internet, and I typed in Christian Dentist. The dentist that popped up was Dr. Trowbridge. I set up a consultation appointment with her office. I found out within a week that the previous dentist was charging me $100.00 over what it should have cost me. She confirmed that my gut was right. Dr. Trowbridge and Kim are an amazing team, love their job, and love their patients. It's nice to have a woman's petite hands working on you versus the big, thick man hands of my previous dentist. They take their jobs very seriously, sending me to a special color lab for the crowns that I had done, but make the office visit a pleasure from start to finish. I've never waited for my appointment and am in and out in the times they estimate. Kim is extremely high level with the billing as well, always letting me know exactly what will and won't be covered and to the cent of what I'll be expected to pay out of pocket. There is also a steadily growing referral system in this office. When my girlfriend went, I got two movie tickets in the mail! I'd drive 5 times as far to know that I'd get to see these ladies.
