Patient Review 1:

Dr Heap is very nice, has a good repoire with children and explains everything very well. They have tv's on the ceiling to watch during cleanings and exams/work, etc and a stocked fridge in the waiting area. Receptionist is friendly.

My young childrens favorite part is getting to wear cool Spiderman sunglasses to shield their eyes from the bright exam light. They think of everything!

About Hygienist: Sara and the other hygenist are SUPER friendly and so great with kids too. On time, efficient and thorough!

I am very scared to go to the dentist. Dr Heap and his staff take all the anxiety and tears out of the visit. Dr Heap and his staff are patient, gentle, and truly try to understand my needs. I have had great results from pulling teeth to obtaining crowns. He is awesome with all my children and has even give 4 fillings to my 6 year old who cant wait to see him again. His staff is just as wonderful as he is. I have never felt so comfortable. I feel like family, each time I call for billing or appointments...they know who I am. I would recommend this practice for all your needs. You can trust Dr Heap and his staff.

About Hygienist: Absolutely fabulous!! They are patient and kind. My kids love to get their teeth clean...its always a fun experience. They always have a smile....it does go a long way!!!

I honestly don't see Dr. Heap that often. When I do see him he always greets me with a smile and is very accommodating.

My only problem is with the front desk. We've had communication problems when scheduling appointments and problems with billing and insurance information. It makes an otherwise painless experience very frustrating. I'd be able to rate you all much higher if not for those type of headaches.

About Hygienist: I'm not sure what her name is but she is great. Very pleasant and thorough.

I am so sorry to hear that we have a patient, even someone who doesn't see me that often, who feels concern towards how they were treated in our office. We strive to help everyone have the best possible experience. Sometimes people make mistakes and I know my team works very hard to rectify any issues that arise. We will continue to work hard to improve ourselves and make sure this does not happen again.
