Due to my financial situation,I had avoided going to a dentist for years, not even for a cleaning. Once that changed for the better, I came to my wife's dentist, Dr. Sielicki for a checkup. She gave me her honest opinion that I needed a lot of work, which was no real surprise to me. We made a plan that would make up for my years of neglect. She gave me a ball park figure of the costs of the things I needed. It sounded fair enough, because I knew I wanted to save my teeth, have a healthy mouth, and not be embarassed to smile again. I had a terrible growth removed from the side of my jaw, four lower molars pulled and replaced with implants and some teeth filled and crowned. I had 16 front teeth that were discolored and unsightly. These she covered with porceline veneers and I am very satisfied. I am smiling again and taking very good care of myself. I'd certainly encourage anyone that has let their teeth go to hell like I did, to come in and have her look at them. It is never too late. My family and my old friends all like the work I had done and I am very satisfied.

I have had quarterly cleanings by various hygenist-all very satisfactory. Dr. Sielicki has done a variety of crowns, fillings, and again all with expertise and on a timely basis. I had occasion to have an emergency with a crown that she tended to on Saturday when she was off - as tooth was disintigrating, her prompt attention allowed us to save the tooth. I really like her. She is very complete, gives necessary information in understandable form, cancer checks, inquires on general level of health. Simply could not be more satisfied.

Her rates are comprable to other dentists. Only aspect that sometimes gets confused is billing at the front desk so check on way in and out. View of the city from her dental chairs is magic.

Excellent, professional office. Had old silver fillings replaced with beautiful "white" ones. Had an old crown redone and was able to watch a movie on their eye glass/headset entertainment system when they did the work. Very relaxing and clean. I have always been a little nervous about dentist since I had some bad experiences growing up. I had a dentist in Phoenix on the west side that I went to for years.

I never realized how bad and outdated he was until I went to Dr. Sielicki's office. He used porcelain crowns with gold on the sides that show when I smile big. He used silver fillings and shaved some of my teeth when I told him that they didn't line up well.

Dr. Sielicki and all of their staff are incredible and it's always a pleasure going there. The office is very nice with a view of the beautiful old Rawhide desert that will probably be under development one of these days.

I have had excellent recommendations from them for oral surgery and orthodontics, which will be another rating coming soon!

Lovely office. State of the art digital x-ray equipment and other facilities. But I agree, I feel as if it's not an appointment without a suggestion of more work needing to be done, or being sold something. For more than a year I have been reminded about a night guard that I don't want for $500+. I mentioned that the first visit, but they always bring it up.

Also, got caught double dipping more than once. Billed my wife saying her procedure wasn't covered by insurance, then billed the insurance and got it paid for! We were given a credit on both occasions, but I get the feeling that we aren't the only ones this has happened to.

Dr. Sielicki is very skilled and has a friendly chairside manner. It's a very pleasant and stress free 90 seconds when you see her. Then she's gone.
