I found Dr. Trowbridge on line, read all of these reviews and was very impressed with how many people loved the experience. Now you can add me to the list. I went to Dr. Trowbride miserable with confusing dental issues, pain and anxiety. The calm and friendly atmosphere in her office coupled with Dr. Trowbridge's gentle warm approach take dentistry to the level it should be--away from tooth pulling barbers and into the hands of a qualified 21st century professional. I sought a gentle woman and I found one. I'm very happy---and I feel that my first experience foretells competent work that is pain free. Actually it was kind of fun. I like the TV and blanket thing. I left feeling like I had had a fun experience with some friends.

I was referred to Dr. Trowbridge by a co-worker. I had an 8 yearl old dental implant that failed and needed to be re-done. I should have taken the advice when I had the dental implant placed initially "the cheapest is not always the best". I went to a much less expensive dentist to have the post placed and implant done and ended up having to have a new post placed and then have the implant restored by Dr. Trowbridge. Let me tell you how gentle, kind and professional she and Kim are. I am so glad I was made aware of Artistic Design Family Dentistry. I will now be switching to her and my family to have my regular check-ups and cleanings done there as well. The 45 minute drive is well worth it knowing that you are in good hands.

Highly, highly recommend!!! I found Dr Trowbridge on a Saturday as I needed some immediate help after having minor medical surgery which resulted in a broken front tooth during anesthesia. They arranged to see me as soon as I called. Since then their office hours, care and service have been fantastic as we then decided to fix everything, crowns, partials, and now implants. Along with the great dental work they've also been a huge success in battling the insurance companies which saved me considerable amounts of money. In summary Dr. Trowbridge and Kim make you feel as important as family and even make it almost fun to go to the dentist (if such a thing is possible)

I initially saw Dr. Trowbridge for an emergency about a year ago for a bad toothache. Her and Kim took great care of me and even used a camera to show me what was going on with my tooth. She was able to save my tooth and has now got me religious about going to the dentist. I am only able to make Saturday appointments as I work everyday during the week. It is great because with the TV's I don't have to miss any of the Saturday sporting events to go to the dentist.

Well let me expand on the questions Dr. Oogle asks you to rate the dental practice on. 1. Overall recommendation- I would recommend this dentist to everyone I know. My kids ages 5, 11, and 14 as well as my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Trowbridge for over 4 years now. 2. Cost- we don't have dental insurance so the prices are very fair especially for the attention, care and customer service that are given. 3. Facilities- this office is state of the art with comfortable dental chairs, digital x-rays, cavity detector, smile simulation, handheld games for kids and Direct TV in each room. 4. Customer Service- the best I have encountered for any industry. They have always been on time with my appointments and they always take the time to make sure that as a parent and a patient you understand "why" you need they recommend. 5. Pain, Stress & Anxiety- virtually pain free, I have never had a dentist be able to numb me with 1 shot. The TV's are a great distraction for the anyone because they can park them directly overhead while you are laying back so you can actually see the TV throughout your entire appointment. 6. Treatment success- every 6 months we are in for our cleanings and proud to report no cavaties. MUST SEE!!

About Hygienist: Kim is so good especially with all of our kids, she is very patient with the youngest one to make sure he comfortable with what is going on. Now that he knows what to expect he is very comfortable with going to the dentist and having Kim tickle his teeth. If you are at all afraid of the dentist like I am, this is the only place for you. I had even tried the dream dental (sedation) dentistry before going to see Dr. Trowbridge, but just didn't feel comfortable with the staff, doctor or the way they treated me as a patient. From the moment you set foot in Dr. Trowbridge's office you are treated like family and are made to feel very comfortable. Most of the time my appointment is over before I know it because I am so focused on HGTV during my treatment. Dr. Trowbridge and Kim are true experts in their field. After three years of check-ups and cleanings I decided to obtain the smile I have been wanting. Dr. Trowbridge and her knowledge of Invisalign helped me do that. She worked with the Invisalign lab to create the perfect smile for me in only 11 months without all the brackets and wires. After Invisalign she place 8 porcelain veneers look like real teeth. As a 40+ year old the aestheics of wearing braces was a concern and Invisalign was completely invisable. I went to Dr. Trowbridge's office for an emergency on a Saturday morning... After a few visits, the problem has been resolved, and I can say: I've found my dentist for life.

"Personable & professional" doesn't say enough... When you walk in, you're called by name and everything is done with a smile. Both she and her hygenist are the best! Not only do they go to great lengths to mitigate or eliminate any pain or discomfort, and do absolutely top-notch work... But they both go above and beyond to make sure you completely understand what they're going to do, and WHY you need it. It's not unusual for either of them to spend a half hour with you just answering your questions.

I can not recommend them enough.

Unlike most of my dental visits, Walking into Dr. Trowbridge's office for the very first time was a very peaceful experience. I was greeted with a lot of love and kindness. The wait was very short, and my procedure was very painless. Besides the way Tatyana makes it all look easy, I was mostly amazed at how painless her anesthia shots were. I started seeing to good Dr. thanks to my wife. Dr Trowbridge is amazing, I wouldn't see anyone else, especially after years of Army non-active dental care. I have some severe oral issues and am having to have major oral surgery, Dr T took the time to make sure my regular Dr knew what was going on so that my MEDICAL insurance would cover the procedure. Her office is a bit far for me and my wife but that she makes sure we are scheduled together makes life soo much easier. She really is the best and makes sure that she goes the extra mile. She referred me to my orthodontist and even checked up on the oral surgeon since she hadn't worked with him before. She even made sure my wife and I looked our best on our wedding day by getting us to whitening our teeth. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Most people when they think of going to the dentist, get a bad taste in their mouth, no pun intended! But for me, I love it there! Not only do I drive from Chandler, but the worst part about going to this beautiful, friendly office is when you are getting work done on your teeth you can't talk! It's the worst! Kim and Dr T are sooo funny, and I can't even comment! To be honest it's kind of painful!

Honestly, I've had to have a lot of dental work done. The 1st dentist in Phx did a horrible job, so bad I had to have it re-done the 2nd in Scottsdale didn't do much better, but finely I was referred to Dr T by Mr T! What a small world! Can't thank him enough!!! If only I met him 5 years before, I could've saved time and money!

Going to A.D.F.D, is not your average dental appt. It's fun! Kim the D.H. is a total crack up! Put the 2 together, throw yourself in and you're having a party and can walk out with a clean, healthy, straight smile. What more can you ask for? You also feel like you're hanging out with 2 really great friends.............

Pay attention to these comments, not the ratings...because I wanted to rate 4 stars on everything, but this goofy survey has built in logic stating that health spas are not typically cheap, when it specifically states...'like a health spa' which this dentist office is like. So Tatiyana and Kim, you get 4 stars all around, and my cleanings only cost me $20...so in my world, that's extremely cheap.

This practice exceeds all expectations: location, wait time, cost, professionalism, technology, timeliness, cleanliness, treatment, billing, convenience...I could go on and on forever. I have, and will continue to recommend her as the ONLY source for dental needs.

About Hygienist: Both Tatiyana and Kim are amazing people. I have never really enjoyed going to the dentist, but these two have changed all of that. In fact, I even inquired about the possibility of monthly cleanings (which was quickly shot down by the insurance company). I absolutely love their work...they are thorough, they discuss each procedure, they utilize the newest and greatest technology, and THEY'RE OPEN ON WEEKENDS!!! Most dental offices I have visited in this valley remind me of third world countries...they're usually in a run down building in a strip mall somewhere, or in some toxic waste part of town. Artistic Design Dentistry is different...it is in a beautiful new structure in N.Scottsdale, and offers amazing views of the local mountains. Like I said in the above statement, I could go on forever...to all the readers out there, if you're not going to this dentist, you're missing out.
