Additional note for this request for assistance... I have Metlife Dental Insurance.
I had located a general dentist that stated he could perform peridontal procedure. I had the left side done and had scheduled appointment for the right side. After prolonged sensitivity on the left side, I went for my appointment and advised the dentist that I didn't want to have the right side done until sensitivity went away. He applied a topical and end of appoinment. Must to my dismay, I was charged for services not rendered. Dentist is now trying to recover $650 for that billing. I need an evaluation for work performed, or rather not performed. I'm looking for someone close to 85051 27th Ave/Northern area for hopefully a free evaluation. Can anyone assist? Thanks
