Case Description
I have an unusual situation. I broke a front crown (chewed it up and swallowed it I guess) when I bit into a Domino's pizza while dining with my Mother and Wife. I have spent a great amount of time, over 6 weeks actually, trying to talk to someone at their Corporate level. who could make the decisions and authorize the replacement of the front crown. Without admitting any blame they have sent me paperwork that needs to be completed by the dentist.. I need an exam, x-ray of the tooth to be fixed, and cost for the replacement, asap. I am on Workman's Comp and no insurance. I need to fix my smile.
