Case Description

Cost Estimate: $211.00
It depends on the size of the filling. Might be one two or three surfaces, might even need to be a crown. We need to see it to help you. We have a office in Phoenix, (40th St. & Bell ) 602-788-0777 as well as Peoria. I am giving you a price for a two surface filling. Just need to see it to be sure. note it is possible that it may need a root canal. Just need to looked at.
